Changing from halogen and metal halide floodlights to LEDs can lead to astounding cost savings. Using a fraction of the power of traditional options, whilst offering the same light output, LEDs can last up to 50 times longer, which also reduces maintenance costs significantly.

LED floodlights are also a great option in mobile applications where generators are normally used (building/construction sites, highway and rail maintenance) due to their low energy usage. Unlike power consuming halogen or metal halide floodlights they can reduce the size of the generator needed or simply be run from a battery with an inverter.
