Surelight Path Lighting System (SPLS)
 Illuminated by Surelight EL Strip, the world’s widest, thinnest, longest light bulb. Provide an uninterrupted illuminated path to the nearest exit with a continuous light source located near the floor and framing the door of the appropriate emergency exit paths.
State-of-the-art Electroluminescent (EL) Lighting Technology provides:

Emergency Lighting The Light-Roll™
 A new emergency lighting concept using electroluminescent wire the Light-Roll™, provides a compact, flexible and portable lighting solution for emergency responders. The Light-Roll™ is an incredibly versatile tool that helps greatly decrease search and rescue times, allowing rapid movement of either large crowds or small groups and can be used to ensure the safety of rescue teams as well as the general public.
The Light Roll consists of a heavy duty reel carrying 50 metres of illuminated ‘glow wire’ powered by a battery pack within the reel. It provides a completely portable lighting and demarcation solution in any low-light situation, including search and rescue missions, evacuations and even diving and water rescue.

EL Wire Safety Garments
 We supply safety garments that employ a new innovative light system which meets EN471 safety standards and provides a higher visibility rate than average safety garments.
Using our Surelight Neon Glow Wire on safety garments ensures the item needs no external light source to be effectively illuminated. Unlike the usual retro-reflective garments, our wire illuminates the individual without the need for an external light source such as headlights.
Depending on conditions, the Surelight wire on our safety garments can be seen for over 1000m. These safety garments recently won the coveted Safety Product of the Year Award, and has gained wide recognition for this achievement since.
We can supply a wide range of safety garments suitable for:
- Traffic and road use (motorcycling, horse riding, cycling, roadside workers)
- Construction workers (inc the planning industry)

Praybourne have also incorporated our wire into their safety garments.
 Their Pulsarneon Int. Pat. App. WO 03/007740 is a new innovative light system enhancement for EN471 safety jackets and waistcoats. This is achieved by attaching our Surelight Neon Glow Wire to their garments, by means of a cable carrier system.
Their Pulsarneon range boasts of a wide variety of high visibility jackets and waistcoats, available from us at Surelight.
Low Level Lighting
EL Wire Low Level Safety Lighting
Our electroluminescent (EL) Neon Glow Wire is currently used in a whole host of low level lighting applications including cinema light installations and theatrical way guidance systems. The National Theatre are currently using our Glow Wire for illuminating the dark wings of the stage, and Stage Electrics are using it as way guidance systems to help illuminate backstage events. Merlin Entertainment are also using the wire as a way guidance system for maintenance staff and performers in their Dungeons Theme Parks in the UK.
Safe and effective, Surelight glow wire is available in a wide range of colours which can be tailor-made to suit your individual needs. LED Low Level Safety Lighting
Surelight's LED Lighting is suitable for Low Level Lighting applications. Our LED range includes low profile LED Flexible Strip which is ideal for stairway lighting as above or as under-cabinet low level lighting in kitchens. Our IP68 Lighting is ideal for low level safety lighting applications outdoor as well as in.
Low level lighting can be decorative as well as useful, whilst making the area safely lit you can also use our LED lighting for decorative purposes
Marine Industry
Our Surelight Neon Glow Wire Lighting has many applications in the marine industry;

Sea Marshall SOS Personal Locator Beacon incorporating our EL Glow Wire Lighting
  Sea Marshall®, a company specialising in marine Personal Locator Beacons, are incorporating our Glow Wire Lighting into their Man Overboard safety alarms.
Sea Marshall®, supplies a wide variety of companies in the marine sectors with Maritime Survivor Locating Devices for the Alerting & Locating of mariners lost at Sea. The non-intrinsically Safe Sea Marshall® Alerting Units utilise the Surelight EL cable as part of their unique Antenna Necklace assemblies. These Patented units have antennas which flash ‘SOS’ in morse code whilst simultaneously transmitting a Search And Rescue Homing signal on 121.5MHz.
These unique ‘SOS’ light antenna Alerting Units, or Personal Locator Beacons as they are also known, are used by mariners world wide, including the United Kingdom Coast Guard Maritime Incident Response Group, The Spanish Fleet, Sport & Commercial Divers providing 24/7 protection.
