Hi and welcome to our first ever ~Surelight Newsletter~.
I'm Holly Nelson, Head of Marketing at Surelight, and Im proud to announce the launch of our new website, and several exciting projects that have recently developed. From our wire in Sophie Ellis Bextor's new music video, to Tesco's selling our Bike Kits nationwide, Surelight glow wire products have certainly taken off in the public domain.

GLOW WIRE FEATURES IN STAR TREK FLAT
A few years ago, Tony Alleyne's marriage broke down. In search of solace, Tony turned to his love of science fiction. Star Trek was particularly good at helping him cope, so much so that he transformed his flat into a replica of the Starship Enterprise.
We supplied Tony with a significant amount of our Surelight Neon Glow Wire, which he used to decorate his Starship Enterprise spaceship.

NEW WEBSITE
We're delighted to announce the launch of our brand new Surelight website. Our Marketing Department have spent several months renovating and refreshing our site, in order to make it more exciting, appealing and easy to use.

Surelight Bike Kits in Tescos
We're pleased to announce you will now find our Neon Glow Bike Kits in Tesco stores nationwide! Introduced into Tesco in October 2006, thousands of our Bike Kits have already been snapped up, and will be available in more stores this Spring.
How it works
Utilising the latest developments in electroluminescent technology, our Surelight Glow Wire wraps around the frame and forks of your bike, creating a fantastic glow which can be seen for miles!
Who uses it
The Surelight Bike Kit has been used by various mountain biking teams over the last year or two; the 'Soreen Dream Team' at Clic 24, Saab Salamon Mountain Mayhem event, and most recently Shimano Sleepless in the Saddle. The team were very impressed by the kits, which attracted a lot of interest at these 24 hour mountain biking events.

Surelight features in Dr Who episode!
Our white glow wire featured on the latest Dr Who episode, 'The Runaway Bride'. Hundreds of metres of our Super Bright white glow wire appeared as part of The Empress of Rachnos's spidersweb, the Webstar.
The Runaway Bride is a special episode of the long running British science fiction television series Doctor Who, starring David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor.
The episode featured Catherine Tate as Donna, who appeared in the TARDIS at the end of the previous episode Doomsday.
Channel 4 have also used our wire in many other productions including Big Brother 2004. It is also a permenant feature in the 'Hollyoaks in the City' Attraction Bar (seen left).
Blacks - Be safe, be seen campaign!
Blacks incorporate our Neon Glow wire into jackets for their high visability kids range.
The outdoor activity retailer Blacks have, with our help, utilised our Surelight electroluminescent (EL) wire by incorporating it into their children's garments and rucksacks. As you can see, our LyTec wire is being used in children's high visability jackets to help illuminate them. These jackets have been a hit in their stores, and we have heard great reviews about them from the Blacks purchasing team.
Surelight also supplies our own safety jackets, Pulsarneon Garments. These safety garments employ a new innovative light system which meets EN471 safety standards and provides a higher visibility rate than average safety garments.
